I can't check the Mac thing, but as for Win ( 10 x64 ) and AFAIC, the presets are included, the new ones for this version also. Here Takstar Pro 80, Takstar Pro 82 - 2 of the 3 new ones - :

A strange thing happens to me: when I authorize the standalone versions of the plug-ins, I lose the permissions of the related AAX plugs. Does the same thing happen to others who have original Pro Tools? Thanks for any useful info about it.
