I like the legacy plugins because as always you can expect the least problems from a finished product. Mind you, there are still some bugs, I can bet, because developers are just like that. They hate fixing! What they love is making new code and features.

For the user, that's sometimes a huge problem, when some bugs don't get fixed for years because the developer doesn't feel like fixing them. Some bugs are admittedly really hard to trace, so I'm in a way no condemning them, but if I was a developer I would make sure my products are top stable and top compatible. Not saying TB products aren't [on the contrary they are], just that developers usually behave like that.
