Not that it affects me personally, but a word of warning. For some reason on my install, there are no factory presets at all.
All I have are my own presets I made myself. The included presets are not in the usual folders.
So if you are installing and reinstalling and you want the factory presets, maybe make a backup.

Solved:
Delete the Presets folder in Username/documents/fabfilter/ and then re-open your plugins and the presets should be there. Backup your own presets before deleting the folder obviously.

This made me wonder who uses factory presets in fab plugins? they are all tools to solve problems that you find (except for some in fabR2) but I find it super strange to use factory presets in an eq or a compressor or a limiter

Not sure about this but I use presets in Weiss EQ MP all the time. They're very well done and someone clearly put a lot of effort into them. Most of the time I'll just use them as a starting point but every now and then they're perfect exactly how they are.

I got all six bullets :)) It f-ed me so hard - element now crashes when I load any FF plugin, I can't even revert although I have the installer. And upon reopening in other daws, the gui switches to "custom size" and gets bigger and bigger with each reopening. Didn't fixed it yet

Edit - worked completely reinstalling with Revo and installing the 2021-11 release.
