How are you switching those presets?

It works perfectly fine for me in Win7 with Reaper 654, when using the up-down arrow or the larger picker opened by the icon to the left of the preset name. Using VST2.4, not 3, it's true. That's only because of the nature of the VR cracks, I have more faith in their VST2 cracks than in their VST3s. There are fewer changes compared to the originals in the cracked VST2s. So I don't test their VST3s as much, but they work too.

It also works fine in Bitwig 3.3.11, also on Win 7, using the VST3. And in the recently installed Ableton 11.1.5.

This VR (3.5.1) release fixed all the botching from their 3.5.0 releases by the way: 3.5 presets are properly bundled, the sqlite.dll version and the database creator are what they should be, meaning they match the original Arturia release. You may want to nuke your presets db3 and let this version rebuild it, assuming you had non-factory presets and perhaps a db3 leftover from a previous installation.

The 3.5.1 release uses about 30% less CPU than 3.7.0 on my box, when displaying all the animated curves etc. There isn't much difference in terms of CPU used for audio, e.g. when the UI is not visible. But I still prefer it to the newer 3.7 for now. Another reason to prefer 3.5.1 is that it pairs with Analog Lab 5.4.7 which is a lot less buggy than 5.5.0.

If you guys are still having trouble after rebuilding the db3, and don't need any other VR releases (beside the giant extra presets pack perhaps), you can just keep aside the cracked dll/vst3 (which is really the same file, bitwise) and install the original Arturia distro for Pigments, replacing just the dll & vst3 with the cracked one.

The general caveat about VR installers is worth repeating here: they'll offer a 3rd directory field that defaults to d:\Arturia, but in my experience going that route results in some "missing files" which aren't really missing but not correctly symlinked by the VR installer. So it's best to avoid that feature of the VR installer by forcing it to put all the files in C:\ProgramData\Arturia. If you really need to move stuff out of there, it's best to do it yourself "manually" in terms of link creation etc.
