Density and BaxterEQ are top, top level quality plugins. Bootsie released Density in x64 version, but I am no sure about Baxter, maybe is still in x86 version.
IF Bootsie manages to release also x64 version of FerricTDS i will be a very happy camper.
Incredible plugins.

Thanks, PiRAT

What do you use Density for?
And good to know Baxter is good. Apparently there's some really solid free options for that one nowadays.

Those who have already used them, could you tell us with which other analog emulation bundles they could be compared for sound quality?

Hi, I don´t use all of them, but based on my feelings using they loosely sound like this:
Density (my favourite compressor), to my ears it acts like a vari-mu compressor. OBVIOUSLY a free plugin will never sound like a $20.000 hardware tube piece, but put Density on a bus channel and enjoy. Incredible plugin.

VoS have another two compressors:
ThrillseekerLA, which is a La2a type, and the ThrillseekerVBL. Both are very good.

One thing: all three compressors include a very very nice (to my ears) saturation path. FerricTDS is a tape saturation emulator, and to me its saturation sound is just fantastic.

BaxterEQ: is a shelving EQ, with VERY nice filters, think of a baxandall-type. To me it seems incredible that this EQ is free, to be honest.

So, these are the most obvious, it seems to me that the others are just Bootsie creation, not an effort to emulate other effects. The NastyDLA is a very nice free delay, with great modulations on the repeats.

Just my $0.02....

Personally, I feel that they are very close to how Brainworx plug-ins sound and feel. Possibly even a bit better sometimes!

Tessla SE mkII is probably the best transformer saturation plug-in I've ever heard. The oversampling filter is just extraordinary! It gets rid of practically all aliasing while using barely any CPU. I have no idea how he managed to do this. If he could implement the same oversampling in all of the non-linear plug-ins they would rival even the best VA FX plug-ins!

I hope we get to see ThrillseekerLA, BootEQ and the rest of the Nasty plug-ins soon :)

through some of my free time experiment, I'd say Softube because they implement similar approach to anti-aliasing filter, atleast the way I see it. Both have certain bump at the low end at high sample rate (192kHz) but unnoticeable to ear because it is too low (12Hz). Plugin Alliance has different way of combating the aliasing and the curves goes on, could be the super high internal processing sample rate that results in high CPU usage but it is super smooth.

My fav from this dev are the Ferric TDS, BAXTER and Density compressor.
It makes no sense to say you’re not good at it. It’s like saying, “I’m not good at being a monk.” You are either living as a monk or you’re not.

All the 64 bit versions have to be downloaded from the Devs site.

Thanks very much for this, especially seeing as to how he removed several downloads from his site with no explanation.
