Is RuleTec a reference for true Pultec emulation? How close it is to hardware?

Ruletec is the only one with the weight and color of true tubes but the curves themselves are not that impressive tbh, the low end trick works so, so with Ruletec.
Nebula Dual Tech, Noble Q or AA Purple have better curves.

Thank you. After being burned by PSP's NobleQ going iLok I'm out to get a new Pultec Emulation that has easy copy protection. This seems to be exactly that, so I'd be curious to hear thoughts on how it compares to other Pultecs.
