Uhe Satin v1.3.2.12092-R2R screenshot
Team R2R | 2021.09.25 | 32.09 MB
We took a journey back to the Golden Age of magnetic tape recording. We wanted to recreate all kinds of tape machines in software, from the ground up. After many months spent on research, measurement and on developing an architecture that would be flexible enough for the job, we knew we had nailed it... But we couldn't stop there: We added the old noise-reduction systems that were often (mis)used for timbral compression effects. Then more heads and a global feedback path, which made an uber-tape-delay and realistic 'one-shot' tape flanging possible. Users familiar with analogue recording gear should instantly feel at home with Satin, and digital afficionados will also learn to love the magic of tape – Satin invites you to explore and find out for yourself.

Installation went smoothly and it appears to be working fine so far.
If you watched the Dan Worrall Compander video, then you'll no doubt know what an absolute beast of a plug-in this is. Arguably deserves "Secret Weapon" status.

These new U-he R2R patches (Satin and Presswerk) are triggering a trojan alert on kaspersky, oddly enough they don't when running them through Virustotal. Weird thing, I made an exception and it's working fine so far, I'll keep an eye on it but I guess it was a false positive. Just wanted to let you know.
be kind :)

Had this same issue over here, same AV. For some reason, Repro1 worked just fine. I think this is related to the global network feature on Kaspersky, it was a real pain in the ass to get the plugins to transfer and work. Also, for some unknown reason, the x64 VST2 dll is the only one that didn't trigger the AV after managing to extract it.

For some peace of mind, I did a run through RogueKiller and nothing came up. Seems to be a false positive. Release works just fine after getting everything in order.

roguekiller is just one programm. scan with virustotal for a lot of AV's.

defenitely suscpeciuous and should be monitored and tested in a VM. you never know.

Virus total scan came out with only one of 75 (iirc) AVs accusing the file to be a malware.

This have been explained a lot of time already.
Please use a serious antivirus to avoid false positive.

The same issue here with Kaspersky. Really strange thing is unpacked files(6 plugin files) do not trigger Kaspersky. Only the compressed file(Uhe_Satin_1-3-2-12092_Patched.7z.exe) is detected as dangerous one, but I don't know why.
