The Pawn Shop Comp 2.1 is a professional tool that will make a huge difference in the quality and impact of your mixes. It sounds great on any sound source and in virtually any application.

More than a compressor, the Pawn Shop Comp also has a fully adjustable tube preamp, a two band equalizer, and swappable components that give you unprecedented control of every parameter of the plugin.

The 2.1 upgrade adds System/Machine authorization. You can now license your plugin via iLOK dongle, and iLOK cloud account, and via System/Machine authorization.

The PSC 2.1 upgrade also features faster, smoother performance by utilizing GPU acceleration. We’ve also added a new Aux Panel for easier access to presets, level trims, and more.

Thanks a lot, R2R & funtime!

In a lot of ways (some ways!) this is better than 1178. Mainly: having better ratio increments where it counts, not reversing the AR (grrrr) and not ever crashing.

I've just downloaded this to test but there are missing presets as well as manual page (via the button at the bottom).

I'm not a "preset guy" but it is quite nice to have some preset to go through then gain match to have some quick look at the plugins.

BTW, thanks so much for this! Nice update with utility panel.

Presets should be in %AppData%\Korneff Audio\Pawn Shop Comp 2\User Presets\Dan Korneff

After a bit of digging around and copying; on a fresh install (which replicated the issue you had) I managed to fix both issues. And create a new issue.

Download this file, install to:

%AppData%\Korneff Audio\Pawn Shop Comp 2

Presets are pretty useful, for the "back panel" (fiddly) changes. The manual was "missing" (different location than vst expects) from every install I tried, too, tho. It might have something to do w/ custom install dir?

*** Just check the path you mentioned above, there's no *.preset file as in Talkback Limiter folder. So I can confirm the preset is missing.

The last PSC 2.0 works really well here. I can guarantee that I install all of them as other R2R releases. All of them are fine!

I have the PDF manual. But I meant the manual inside the plugin via the button in utility panel. I check Micro Digital Reverbrator and it's there.

Because PSC has a lot of tweakability so it's quite useful and handy to have the manual there for quick access.

Anyway, hope the fix I posted ^^^ worked for you? Their (Korneff) installation is a bit of a mess, tbh! Also: doesn't seem to save favorites ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just try your fix. It seems that everything is ok now. Thanks so much for the quick fix!

But where can you get those presets? From the 2.0 or from the legit version? I've tried reinstall this 2.1 many times but preset folder was always almost empty.
