Hey since the Microsoft C++ runtime redist update is the problem in all three Arturia packages can't one just download one package & be sure to install it last?

Win 10 pro 21H1, I have a blue screen at the end of install (tried twice) it appears to be connected to the execution of a bunch of *.cmd files (I suppose it's not only for installing the Ms runtimes, but also the patched files?).

These cmd files have obviously a problem.

Note that I tried to run as Admin, with no change in behavior. UAC and AV are completely deactivated.

But curiously, the plugins seems to run perfectly fine with Cubase Elements 11.0.30...? Perhaps due to a previous install?

Hope there's no time bomb or other surprises left behind, for the simple reason that the installation haven't been able to complete...?

EDIT: Third try: after have installed all other Art. plugs collections Rev.2, it worked without flaw, yeeey!
I'm alive!!! :D Isn't it astounding??? ;)

Thanks to team VR for another great share.
Problem is still active for me in Windows 7 as reported in relation to the version released previously.
Installer finished this time.
This time only the Arturia vst files cause a crash.
Other apps are unaffected.
Had to roll back to the 2020 12 version to get Arturia running again.
Noticed that the Flanger from the old version is crashing as well.
The plate is loading fine on first try but will crash every time afterwards.
Strange behavior.

I saw those error messages concerning c++ during the install but I don't see any problems opening and using the plugins...??

Using this with BlueCat Patch Work.
May be the issue as it relies on the same run time.

Plate and Spring, however, do not seem to have an audible effect.

Some work, some don't.
Sometimes crash. Sometimes not.
This is not a good sign.
I see a lot of run time issues with other packages as well.
NI for example.

Running into similar issues myself.
Installation works fine, plugins load alright in Reaper 6.30 but the ones I am most interested in (Plate and Spring Reverb) don't affect the sound.
PluginDoctor crashes on loading sometimes too.

Of course, I'm still testing, but so far ALL plugins are loading and working for me.
Win 10 x64 (20H2).
S1 3.56, S1 4.62, S1 5.31, Samplitude Pro X4, X5, and X6.

I haven't tried installing any of VR's V.Collection releases - I'm still using the R2R 7.2.1 release. If it ain't broke, don't VR it . . .LOL.

I’ve installed all of these new β€˜REV 2’ V Collection 8.1 Arturia releases from VR and so far, all is working well for me. No installation issues either.

My system is Win 10 x64 (20H2)
Legit DAWs:
S1 Pto versions 3, 4 and 5
Samplitude Pro X4, X5 and X6
Mixcraft Pro Studio 8 and 9
Reaper 6.30

Yay! Thank you big time to VR and uploaders. Congratulations, VR - this seels to be a good set of Arturia releases. I sincerely hope that these are fully β€œfixed” and that there won’t be any unexpected β€œtimebombs”.

I own legitimate licenses for most of the Arturia stuff, but I HATE THEIR EVER PESKY C/R copy protection and the constant β€œphoning home”.
These VR releases are much appreciated because the nasty Arturia Service Center isn’t even present. Thanks, VR! *High 5.

Hey, thanks a lot!!! A somewhat noob questions about this release! I have the FX2020 Collection (v1) working great and lots of my personal presets saved, can I just install this one on top of the previous ver or it will conflict? I'll lose my presets? Want to try the new ones!

I recommend that you back up your presets - they will be overwritten/lost otherwise. I also recommend uninstalling the old ones first, and then installing these new ones afresh.
