smart:EQ 3 enhances detail, clarity and transparency in single tracks and in arrangements of up to six channels. Establish spectral balance in your sound within a few seconds.

World's 1st intelligent multitrack EQ
High-resolution precision at the push of a button
Give your creation a sound balance
Achieve spectral balance with smart:EQ 3 within seconds – whether you are working on a single track or a mix. The AI-powered equalizer will clean-up unpleasant resonances and unwanted notches, leaving you with a well-balanced sound – and therefore an ideal basis to take further creative steps.

Spectral mixing via drag & drop
Make your mix incredibly smooth
Intelligent cross-channel processing will aid you in your quest to create a transparent arrangement of up to six channels in which each track plays exactly the role you want it to.
By analyzing the spectral information of all the channels you've added to your group, the algorithms make sure that each track gets its assigned space within your mix. You just have to determine the sonic hierarchy according to your vision. It's as simple as that.

Newly designed profiles, splittable smart:filter, ...
Team up your smartness with smart:EQ 3
Adapt the impact of the A.I. powered processing of smart:EQ 3 to your liking: In EQ view, you can select the frequency ranges which should be affected, change the shape of the green weighting curve of the computed smart:filter and define the duration of the learning process. In group view, you can control the level of impact the intelligent cross-channel processing has on your tracks. You can have it all: Enjoy the incredible abilities of the smart algorithms and stay in control.

Filter widgets, spectral mixing via drag & drop, multi-channel analyzer
Stay in the flow with smart:EQ 3
We've designed smart:EQ 3's intuitive, sleek interface and user-centered features to make every move count: Tweak your audio material efficiently by utilizing the filter widgets, create a sonic hierarchy by dragging and dropping your tracks in group view, and choose which tracks of your mix you want to monitor simultaneously with the comprehensive analyzer. And there is so much more – explore all that smart:EQ 3 has to offer.

Thank you RET, this is much appreciated. Good to see you still active, and thank you for continuing to provide things.

I've seen others say that you need to be online in order for track grouping to work. Did RET remove this by any chance, does this version still require you to be online?

hello, i bought the smarteq on its releaseday and have been using it since then. I have never heard about that (needing to be online to use the track grouping) and have used that feature often while my pc was offline so i cant confirm that. greets

Thank you. I saw it in the comments in this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3GDkt6xRX4

The guy claims that SmartEQ3 requires a network adapter to be active. Also in the request thread on here there was another member who said the same thing.

hm thats weird... i guess this is the quote that you are refering to: "well every time i open the plugin it states inter plugin communication will not work without a network device enabled"

maybe im doing something wrong but i have no idea what that guy is talking about =D ive never had any issues coming up with the smarteq in general. greets

There is a need for internet access ONLY if you are using their trial demo in that period. If you have full or RET-full version it is fine.
Source: I bought full to support (also Mac while traveling).
i dont agree with fake it till you make it so i troll those guys

Not to mention the additional functionality at short notice, this version is a big leap in smart:EQ sound quality. The choice of min/linear phase filters and more precision detection algorithm (with more sensitivity) contribute to sound quality greatly. It also boasts now with a better impulse response.
The sound now is more precise, more defined and better balanced compared to smart:EQ 2.
Continuous zoom is also a nice, more productive feature.

The linear phase mode was really needed for working with multimic recorded sources. I never understood why v2 didn't have it as their Entropy EQ and Proximity EQ, which are older (i think?), are linear phase.

Group function doesn't work in FL Studio. Does anybody has this problem too?

Alrighty, seems its because my DAW is blocked from the internet.

quote by sothoI'm very pleased that Team R2R are sharing their resources with Team RETSU. Now that's what you call Team Spirit

"Team Spirit" is playing in the e-sport tournament I am watching now. lol. what a coincidence.
It makes no sense to say you’re not good at it. It’s like saying, “I’m not good at being a monk.” You are either living as a monk or you’re not.
