A quick test on SpectralBalance.
On completely flat settings shows hardwired -0.6 dB gain loss in 4-20kHz range.
Exhibits truly excellent IR response, but THD and IMD values are average.
Shows apparent signs of slight dynamic fluctuations (the inherent flaw of any auto-EQ I know of).
I found 'static' mode with 'modify' option the most interesting. Fast mouse movement while changing the slope retains some of the resonance peaks, but slow mouse action renders the new part of the chosen curve flat (all in respect to pink noise model, I guess). Shows similar behaviour when flattening resonance peaks.
Pretty pricey at 159€.
Pity there is no VST2 version. (Works with DDMF Metaplugin, though)
