Yes! Definitely Arturias fault. They seem to be more focused on making flashy GUIs than optimising the plug-ins for fast loading times and saving diskspace! Hopefully they will change this sometime in the future.

i've seen flashy vst guis take up a fraction of the hd space/load time that arturia ones do. arturia just have a super shitty way of doing guis. beyond their stuff almost being bloatware, they do sounds really great tho! they should fire their gui designer lol.

i've been experiencing with this issue throughout different versions of the FX collection. when i close a project (cubase or protools) after reopening it the plugin sounds ultra loud, clipping. if you move the output slider it goes back to normal, also in the preset browser, the preset selected is different from where i left. for me it happens with the FET-76, but i have a friend that loses his settings in the TAPE-201. any thoughts about this?

I have the same problem with FET-76! Did you find a fix?

i uninstalled all arturia products and now using team R2R version without problems
