DDMF Plugindoctor v1.5.0 Incl Patched and Keygen-R2R screenshot

Team R2R | Nov 12 2020 | 3.4 MB
Plugindoctor fills a longstanding gap in the market: a cross-platform and cross-bitformat plugin analyzer for VST and AU plugins. Whether you are a plugin developer yourself who wants to thoroughly test the audio quality of your latest and greatest product, or a power user who wants to understand in more detail what exactly a specific plugin is doing to your precious audio material, Plugindoctor will help you find out.

Features:

Highest quality, double precision FFT engine, independent stereo channel analysis.
Linear analysis: magnitude and phase response using delta or random input signal.
Harmonic analysis: highly accurate frequency response analysis to a sinusoidal input signal. Input strength and frequency can be varied for THD/THD+N calculation. Switchable intermodular distortion modus. Sweep function for fundamental and THD response.
Oscilloscope: watch what happens to a sinusoidal input signal in real time.
Dynamics: use a ramping signal to test compression or expansion, or an attack-release signal to check your compressor's attack and decay curves.
Performance: how many milliseconds are really spent in your plugin's audio processing callback (as a function of buffer size).
Freely resizable user interface.
Three quality settings, corresponding to three different FFT buffer sizes.
Storage option of curves in Linear and Harmonic analysis mode for easy comparison of settings or of different plugins.
Built-in screenshot function.
Comes as a 32 and a 64-bit executable.
Can load VST and (on Mac) AU effect plugins.

v1.5.0 PD could crash when moving the frequency slider in the Harmonics tab without any plugin loaded
2020/10/28:
v1.4.9 previous version was crashing on OSX in 32 bit. No change for Windows.
2020/10/22:
v1.4.8 removed possible reason for rare crash
2020/09/01:
v1.4.7 re-added mouse pointer value display which got lost somewhere on the way...
2020/08/05:
v1.4.6 added option to analyze difference between two plugs; added another small fix to the issue from the previous version
2020/08/02:
v1.4.5 fixed bug that led to missing curve in Linear Analysis tab
2020/07/16:
v1.4.4 greatly reduced CPU usage without plugin loaded
2020/05/25:
v1.4.3 fixed a network error on Windows
2020/05/14:
v1.4.2 added option for processing speed, from real-time like in a DAW to ultrafast, like before

For some reason, R2R's Newfangled Audio 1.7.0 always crashes PD when trying to test them. Also R2R's VST3s Softube doesn't work on PD if u load them, only VST2 version works.

Tested on Win10 , i7-8550U @ 1.80Ghz - 2.00Ghz, 8GB RAM

Update: DMG Audio Bundle 2021-03-14 CE-V.R crashes PD, both VST2 and VST3.

Unfiltered Audio Plugins Bundle 2020.2 CE-V.R Dent and Indent's 2 distortion units generate a weird noise floor modulation across the whole frequency domain when enabling 2X, 4X Oversampling options.

Enabling 4X OS increases the noise floor significantly across the whole frequency domain in comparison to no OS and 2X, it's a weird behaviour that I'm not sure why it's happening, other processors don't show this type of behaviour in their OS implementation.

No Oversampling option doesn't show this type of behaviour and the noise floor doesn't modulate or increase. Harmonic Analysis just shows the added partials across the whole frequency domain, a normal behaviour on distortion units. Additionally noise floor in these plugins is inherently very high, IMO there are far cleaner (probably even better) distortion/saturation units than these ones.

Paradoxically, cleaner distortion/saturation plugins are the ones that usually behave closer to the beloved analog hardware processors everyone like. This is not a claim I've made, but it's a claim shared by some plugin developers I respect a lot like andy cytomic and fabien TDR.

For some reason works with every other plugin except for softube's plugins. Does anyone faced the same problem?
