To make it simple, in this particular case, a time bomb is something that is programmed into the vst, that will verify your license at some point (after a number of hours of use, or a number of saved presets etc ..), and make it unusable if it's not legit.

As there are many ways to implement these "time bombs" it's very difficult for Teams to check all the possible situations where they will be triggered, and so make it more difficult to crack the plugins.

This is when we, as users, enter the game. If we all report in detail the time bombs and when / how they happen, teams can solve them.

Never had issues with timebombs on R2R stuff, as far as I know. FabFilter always works (worked) fine.

Not true. I refuse to believe this for as long as im not experiencing the same. I use Fabfilter plugins all the time and R2R releases never timebombed on me EVER. My main music production PC is a purely offline machine. It has never seen the internet and never will and not once have i ever experienced any timebombs or the like that any of you report about ANY plugin from R2R. NEVER EVER. Stay offline when you produce music. Simple as that. An active internet connection while having your DAW open is foolish when it comes to cracked plugins. And blocking is not always good enough. Pull the plug and stay offline and you will never or rarily encounter any issues. I never have once in my life. At least not using R2R releases. So what you say cant be true.

@thegoodlifepony you could download it without paying for a download service but Usenet is not the best option in my experience, actually I'm having a claim with them right now.
In case you want a good one, next time try Uploaded or Rapidgator with the software Jdownloader. But now that you already have it, try adding that account in Jdownloader with your username and pass. Hope that helps.
