As hfx says you have to:

1. Install plugin
2. use keygen in R2R directory, choose Scaler 2 and type in any eMail address, save file at any directory you decide. Remember the directory!
3. Start the plugin from inside DAW and register using the file, the keygen saved and use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS as you used in the keygen. This is what is verified!

It's not that easy to see in the registration form where you have to enter the eMail address, so read twice ;)

Could this work for the updates that they are making? The vst is pretty bugged right now and they are putting out constant hotfixes.
Is the instaler also cracked or is just the keygen the key?

Keygen (KG) has 2 choices. Scaler 1 and Scaler 2. Select Scaler 2 and gerenate license

Just unsinstall the previous version and install 2.0.3. Start your DAW and Scaler. Generate a license file with keygen (choose Scaler 2) and activate Scaler.

Tested in Bitwig (Scaler 2 VST3) / Windows 10.
