I was able to install this as an upgrade without uninstalling the original first on Mac Sierra and it ran just fine and fully-authorized ... HOWEVER, none of the new rig libraries will install unless you use this keygen to upgrade your TH-U license first.

The factory rigs are included but you'll have to copy them from ProgramData\Overloud to roaming\Overloud for TH-U to see them.

Excellent! My favourite guitar suite by far since they added the Kemper-like rig player. One thing I have noticed, tho, is that the impulses included in the VR version aren't here. It comes without a single impulse.

The factory IR are included, but as for the Rigs model, you'll have to copy them from ProgramData\Overloud to Roaming\Overloud, then TH-U will see them. Once copied, you can even delete the IR and the Rigs model from ProgramData because TH-U only needs them into Roaming.

On Mac/OSX after clearing any other versions, blocking access to the website (through terminal and hosts file) clearing cache, generating a license file and moving it to the correct folder location per the instructions, I'm still getting asked to authorize. Does anyone have any tips as to why this is happening?

Disregard, I was placing the license file in Library/Application Support/Overloud/TH-U as opposed to Users/LIbrary/Application Support/Overloud/TH-U

Duh. All good now thanks for the release!
