You probabily misunderstood me and the vote function of posts.
I was talking about the "vote", not about the comments.
The sense of the Vote (the +/- keys you find under each post) isn't a "like/dislike" of the library or the software posted.

When you vote up or down you express the quality of the post itself, not it's content. So if something not working, vote down. But if everything is there and working, there is no point to voting down.
To express our opinion about the contents, we can use comments.
