Band in a Box 2019 portable + BIAB most comprehensive compilation

Ignore this paragraph, this is no longer applicable ***Because I know this will come up, make sure you unzip from the file with the extension of .zip. If you are trying to unzip from a file with a number in its extension, you WILL get an error. By default, for whatever reason, windows places the .zip file at the BOTTOM of the list of files, so look carefully for it.***

Many corrections have been made from the previous version to this version, and so much new content has been added that it would be impossible to create a diff edition.

You do NOT need to download the Styles only files, these are only being made available for the few weirdos who want to use this in midi only form without the realtracks. All of the Styles zip files contain just the styles from the main program and nothing else (in other words, downloading this and the main program will result in having duplicate folders). Unless you know what you are doing, you dont need the styles only zip and it will in fact do you no good.

You DO want to download the extras folder as there has been some additional programs added, the main program, and the small update.zip, as well as the installation instructions readme.

Some of the changes are as follows.

- Fresh install from scratch of BIAB 2019 and updated to build 628
- All previous Realtracks (1-300) were installed using the LATEST installers PG Music makes available. *
- New Realtracks (300-328) were installed using the latest version installers as well as the 201949pak bonuspaks and 20190pak **
- Several thousand new styles have been added, bringing the count from around 4500 to 7150 or so ***
- Additional content is now located in correct folders, including the audio chord wizard, which can be found in its own dedicated folder.
- VST plugins are contained in the VST folder, just copy them to wherever your other VST plugins are located.

* PG routinely takes older content that was previously available in older bundles and incorporates that content in updated Realtracks. In addition, they update existing content already included in Realtracks that previously did not detect correctly in BIAB. Installing just any realtrack you find on the internet will routinely not be installed correctly and not be entirely detected by BIAB. Going to Help-> what addons do I have will not accurately tell you what is completely detected, an entirely different method is required to see a list of all the content BIAB sees / what is missing.

** The realtracks 301-328 here on audioz are actually out of date, there has been an update since those realtracks were uploaded.

* & ** The result is that BIAB now sees over 25 realtracks it previously did not see in the previous 2018 version I uplaoded. In addition, several hundred styles that were previously missing are now correctly installed and detected, resulting in all but 6 styles missing in this version. Once you copy the content in the update.zip, that reduces the missing styles down from 6 to 3. This install has 7151 styles out of 7154 styles. You are going to be hard pressed to find a more complete install of BIAB than this without actually buying it.

*** Thousands of new styles have been installed from their so-called xtra-styles paks, which were not included in the 2018 version I uploaded. In addition, this edition includes supertracks 1-20 and the realtracks re-amped collection that was not previously included in the 2018 edition.

This package took HOURS to compile, and many installs and reinstalls to get right. At 4+ hours per reinstall and at least several dozen fresh installs, this was an undertaking. Did I mention, each install includes manual installs of over 200 exe's? I had actual nightmares while trying to get this compiled and installed correctly (I am not being hyperbolic here, this thing has been an obsession).

There will not be any major updates to this content until 2020. Any new updates will be sent to Olymoon and added as additional content that you merely copy over the existing 2019 install. Like I said, this is damn near content complete and will keep you busy for the next year. There is about twice the amount of content in this version over the previous 2018 upload, and the folder structure has been drastically cleaned up, it will be worth the download.

Also, buy Olymoon a beer or two.

Same here. It's actually pretty brilliant. Shame the interface hasn't changed a bit, but it's still unique and incredibly powerful.
