Devious Machines Texture v1.1.34 X64 WiN [not working] screenshot
X64 WiN | AudioZ Exclusive | 674.48 MB
Drawing from a library of over 300 acoustic and electronic sources, Texture synthesises new layers which track the dynamics of your sound. Want to “glue” your hi-hats transients by adding dynamic filtered noise? Or how about beefing up that kick drum by automatically adding a low sine wave? Texture makes this is easy, intuitive and fast.

But its uses don’t stop at mix enhancement. Experimental musicians and sound designers will find a plethora of leftfield sound at their fingertips. How about having bubbling water track a keyboard part, or adding ferocious fire crackle to the roar of a monster? Texture makes all this and more possible.

That sounds really interesting! Thank you so much!
Even though it's nothing you cannot do with some samples, gate, filter, and EQ plugins yourself, but this is obviously a more convenient way to get the same FX, and it comes with a library of interesting textures.

Hope it works!

It does not work. Windows 7-Ableton, Fl Studio,Studio one. There is a whitenoise every minute or so. It is running as a demo. Really devious!

Thanks, but unfortunately I think this was not cracked properly.

For me, it works. W7x64. No noise or anything. I also removed it from the [non existing here] default Steinberg dir into C:\VSTPlugins. Works fine. It doesn't make registry entries of any kind, except uninstall ones.

But it does bother me that I have to install the whole thing in C: That's far too much for one plugin that does such a simple thing. I'd rather keep the library on an external drive. :( However, that's developer's problem.

Edit: I experimented with different ways of installing it and I got the white noise at some point every time. Bummer. I guess I just got lucky the first time I tried it.

@sinewave did you let it run for a while? I moved it out of Steiberg and it continues to make the white noise evey other minute or so

Yes, I did. Surely at least about 10 minutes, saved the project and reloaded a couple of times, too. I was sure it would white noise, but it didn't.

Edit: I got the white noise now. I experimented a bit with different ways of installing it, and I got the white noise every time now. It's not so frequent, but it's there. I guess I just got lucky the first time, or haven't noticed it for some reason. I'll edit my first post.

Not such a large library is it? (not sure how compressed they got this...)
Well I do keep a few smaller libraries off my OS drive using symlinks.
I like this: Link Shell Exension
It is nice to keep the OS drive backups small and do lots of them :)
SymlinkTool: LSE - Firewall Control: WFC

If it worked, I would try the symlink way. Thanks for reminding me.

Yeah noise cycles started here aswell. But it's not so often this is kinda weird.

this seems like a nice time-saving plugin, but with the amount of people struggling to get it to work i think for now i will stick to doing things the longer way.
thanks all the same to everybody involved

It seems that the developers themselves have posted this as a way of advertising.

Works my end ,
Thas on win 7 x64 , Abl 10.4 and fl12 n 20.

I did have a weird crackle sound, intermitttently ,
However , when i changed my audio driver it stoppped!!

I actuallly rather like this plug ,
Capable of quickly adding character to drum hits etc etc..
O course ,this is nothin one cant do with a bit o sampling ingenuity , , but a nice plug i say "ive not yet checked if your able to drag your own custom foleys into it , if not then its a trick missssed"

Btw , its posssible , that due to the fact i resample my drum hits etc etc , that perhaps if i had the plug runnning constantly ,that i too would suffer the same consequences as you guys.....

Thanx!!!

3 Secs white noise every approx. 150 secs (not loud)

3 installs x 3 times noise = bye bye

Thanks for letting us try

Edit: (cheked with die & hexdump)
This is a never ending demo patch, so intermittent noise present.
The installer is labelled 1.1.41 x64 not the legit one.

There's just one nagscreen was removed and the trial period was extended till 1/1/2038. So, it is not never ending. And it's not even retail version.
