Amplifikation Caliburn is our most realistic amp simulator (yet)

We are confident to say that this is our best amp yet. It's inspired by Britain's Marshall* Amps crafted using our most current, 3rd generation, modeling technology, resulting in a satisfying responsive feel, more dynamic guitar playing experience you'll love.

"Turn me up, rock me away."

In the history of music, British-made amplifiers have had undeniable influences on the evolution of rock music. The loud, chimey clean, and thick crunchy mids of those amps were popularized by big acts such as Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and The Who. It is the sound of rock music that lasts through generations until today. If there was only one name that represents the sound of rock music, it's absolutely this one: Marshall Amplifiers.

Founded by Jim Marshall in 1962, Marshall amplifiers have taken the lead to be the top choice of many guitarists, such as Jeff Beck, Tom Morello, Andy Summers, Slash, Angus Young, Yngwie Malmsteen, to Kerry King of Slayer*.

Following our extensive experimentation and never-ending quest to be the prominent guitar amplifier on your PC, now you can have the famous "British crunch" right from your personal computer. Powered by the 3rd generation of our research and technology, Kuassa Amplifikation Caliburn brings the soul of the iconic sound to your desktop.

Wow ! This is truly nice. And a good plugin doesn't always have to be big Gigabytes. I like this. Check out "manual" mike placement, it'll make you smile. Thank Thee, R2R!

Pay attention to the link names. It seems the OSX & Win package links got switched for "uploaded".
Thanks for this sim!

Thanks for posting this! This is one of the best Marshall plugins I think. The stand-alone app on OS X would not open so if any others have this problem, here is how to fix it. STEPS:

1. Open a terminal

2. Here are the commands:

cd

cd Applications

cd APPLICATION_NAME.app (where APPLICATION_NAME is your app)

cd Contents/MacOS

chmod +x FILENAME (where FILENAME is the name of the executable)

I did this and it worked fine in stand-alone mode. the AU and VST plugins worked fine as is. The presets were missing on the MAC version so I copied the Windoze version folder over to OS X and have it all working now.

Agreed!
Owning several different Marshall heads and cabinets over the last 30 years and still owning a JTM 45 from 1968, a rare Artist from 1972, a 9200 Power amp and four 4x12 cabinets with different Celestion speakers, this is my Go To -Marshall in the box!

And it is really affordable too! Now for around 25 €/$

Rock on
