Im seriously considering buying the software 2.0 version with all these expansions now. It's only $135 upgrade with my akai keyboard. Thanks so much for these!. Is the 2.0 software crackable?

if you dig the MPC workflow, go for it, MPC 2.2 is a good piece of software. The Mac version at least seems to be protected via iLok, so I doubt we'll see it here anytime soon. I bought it as an upgrade to my MPC Studio, €99 in total, which seems OK for what is effectively becoming a DAW.

I love the new mpc workflow (been Mpc 2000 Xl user), I got the black and I am loving this thing more and more. Try to collect money to buy the Live though. I also tested the MK3 Maschine, sold it after 5 days. Nothin beats the Mpc sequencer

in case anyone wonders how to install this or any of the other expansions on Mac:

1. Download the WAV pack here (NOT the WIN one)
2. Unrar the downloaded file(s)
3. Go into the Folder that you've just unrared and open the file Expansion.xml with your favourite Text editor (I use Atom)
4. Copy what's written INSIDE the tag <identifier></identifier>
5. Use the line you just copied to rename your unrared Folder (so the folder should now be called something like "com.akaipro.mpc.expansion.thenameoftheexpansionhere")
6. Copy the whole folder to Macintosh HD/Users/<your name>/Library/Application Support/Akai/MPC/Expansions/
7. Restart MPC 2.x and voila, the Expansion should now be in your library.

are these also to just be moved via usb to an mpc live/x? will they behave just like the ones pre-installed?
