EDIT: In case something goes wrong (my case) with the installer and Omni does not recognize the library anymore, just overwrite every file in your local steam installation with the files in this update and all OK then.

Could you PM me how to install omnisphere clearly on Mac I have evrything, when i did the installer i didn,t get prompt to install/mount the other disks. So I copied steam folders from every disks to the spectrasonics folder, I patched the component files, Omnisphere load in logic or standalone but i can't get it to play anysounds it's weird. I need help please

Strange....but Arlanda's advice of using Keka to unrar the file worked for me as well.

Great tip man, it worked.
For those who use the native "uncompress" function from a downloader tool, don't.
Instead, download the 138785.rar from your browser and uncompress it with Keka, exactly how Arlanda recommended.
And now the "ready for next volume" nag doesn't happen.

I managed updating and patching library but when I start up omnisphere I get a message saying "User Program Files (x86) library contains inconsistent index data. Go to Multi Browser and click the refresh (reload) button." I have tried this but every time I try refreshing browser it crashes daw. Omnisphere seems to be working and updated other then that message I get every time starting. Has anyone encountered this before? I assume it's something to do with my steam folder?

It turned out I had another omnisphere dll installed in program files and deleted that. It's all working thanks!

after installing the update and patch library

1- its necessary to install at right folder where your omni dll is
(mine installed on external drive 64 bit only)
2- patch the update with r2r key (available with previous version)
3-now open daw and omnisphere and copy challenge code in to keygen
to get the response and paste it back to the omni challenge responce section
4-it will ask you to restart omnisphere which i did but my daw stopped working for a moment
5-another restart to daw and omni and everything set in its place..
and omni screen shows the latest update with green check''you are up to date''
and all banks and patches are there working as well

should be working with you guys,but make sure you got the keygen

it's been a long time since I downloaded Omnisphere 2; now I am interested in installing it again, yet after such long time I got lost within all those updates. I hope somebody of you can help me out, getting things straight. I would like the whole package with the most recent updates. This is what I have got so far:

Spectrasonics Omnisphere.iso (REPACK)

installers-DYNAMiCS
Spectrasonics_2048_KeyGen.exe

Omnisphere_Software_Update_Win_2_4_0f

Is there anything missing that I need or is there anything that is not needed anymore? (I am asking because there seems to be no more soundsource library updates).

Ok, I only did some wild pressing of buttons and throwing my mouse around, and now I have Omni2 running without problems. For everybody who's confused how to install Omnisphere 2 properly:

0. Neither Atmosphere nor Omnisphere 1 is needed; all presets are included in Omni 2... (says Spectrasonics website)

1. Mount Spectrasonics Omnisphere.iso (Working-R2R)
2. Use Installers-DYNAMiCS/R2R
3. Mount all the other DVDs after being prompted to do so by the setup program
4. Update Omnisphere 2 [only latest patches are necessary:
Omnisphere Software Update 2.4.0f
Omnisphere Patch Library Update 2.4.0d
Omnisphere Soundsource Library Update 2.0.1c (actually a pretty old update)]
5. (Optional) Install Trilian library only (cancel first (Trilian) setup, wait for STEAM setup to appear; you'll have to start STEAM setup from each of the five Trilian DVDs to get all the content)
5.1. Update Trilian Patch Library 1.4.6d and Soundsources 1.0.1 only (Trilian software update is not needed if Trilian presets are being used from within Omnisphere 2)
6. (Optional) Install Keyscape library only (as with Trilian)
6.1. Update Keyscape (as with Trilian)
7. (Optional) Install Bob Moog Tribute Library
7.1. Update Bob Moog Tribute Library
8. Use Spectrasonics_2048_KeyGen (AS ADMIN!) to patch your files
8.1. Start Omnisphere 2 and copy challenge code
8.2. Paste challenge code into keygen
8.3. Generate response code within keygen and copy it
8.4. Paste response code into Omnisphere 2 and confirm
9. Close and restart Omnisphere 2
10. Spend your whole life browsing all Omni 2 presets
11. Spend your 2-3 afterlifes playing with all the presets, combining, morphing and editing them

file? I cannot find it anywhere...If you still have it could you repost it somehow please?

help install this update, but later on some pianos, (not clear at all) this message comes out:

this spectrasonics data was created by a newer version of the plugin. it may not load properly. upgrading to newest spectrasonics plugin version is recommended
