Previous version as I know was too problematic. At startup it automatically starts to scan vst2/3 by default. Something happens while scanning, errors, crashes, maybe a plugin it doesn't like or so. After restart it starts to scan again from the beginning. And again and again. Can't try to use this software. How to make it working without vst scanning?

I think the problem with scanning the plugin folder in this version is solved. During my first activation, it was scanned and systematized tools by the manufacturers.
I noticed that during the conversion of an audio file to some of the offered formats, the noise is increased. But it's possible that the problem is audio card or my settings is not good. At the moment, I do not have time to investigate.
I did not notice that while installing the program, Microsoft Visual C ++ library is installed. Is it necessary or has already been incorporated into the program?
Finally, the program is very good, with a variety of options and quality tools. It is perfectly embedded in Western standards and I believe that we will meet with it more often in the future.
