M talking just about Tape Machine here .. I know their other Plugins sound On Point !
Maybe U found that Magnetite Good for ur tracks But For Me It just didn't go well .. I tried it on a Deep House and a Future House track
But that " Indian Stuff Reelight " worked Perfectly for me .. Such an Amazing Plugin it is <3

I agree with MVP completely.. I just tested thing thing and it seriously didn't meet my expectations. Satin, Reelight give a decent shine to your tracks which seems real hard to achieve here
Same for VTM.. It is also great and of course better than this Overloud Gem

To me when i used tape, it never made sound shine, it would bloom, bigger and warmer and deeper, and darker, never shine or brighter

on point mate... if a tape-emulator makes your music shine, there must be something "extra" (or wrong, depends...) with it... it's not a natural characteristic of tape to be "bright"...

I know mate Tapes make Mix Fuller and Bigger but ReeLight and Satin have those Air / Pre Emphasis knobs .. Turn them up to a decent level and You get that Perfect Shine on your Mix !

I had installed the previous version without the fixed timebomb. Now i've Installed this and it's not working, not loading on cubase 9 win 10. Any of the overloud plugins are loading after installing this

Thx for this update. My favorites tape machines : Studer A800 UAD and Satin U-he. But I always try another tape plugs.

this sounds oddly sample rate reduced (ableton project is set to 44khz)... sadly, unusable. beyond uad's emulations, black rooster's magnetite is the only good one i've found that really sounds amazing when you crank the gain.

edit: when i change my project to 48khz, the aliasing seems to vanish. also the 64bit vst2 doesn't exhibit the aliasing, fwiw

I don't like the sound of it. I mean. Instead of enhancing the sound. It distorts it in a non-pleasing kind of way.

The installation works fine though and its solid.

exelente plugin, just introduce it to the channel you feel the difference, little use of cpu, which is the great advantage for its sound and color, I like emulation that consumes few resources, of course, obvious that when printing power distorted as I read from there but, as I said with just placing it and just push the signal I think is enough
