it's because of certain system libraries which come with the plugins and are necessary for them to work. The plugins are about the same size as the Windows ones. You may not need to install the libraries as they may already be on your system.

Usualy mac apps/plugs are a little bigger because they contain three formats: VST, AAX and Apples own format AU. But this one is very unusual.

You're absolutly right,but however West Europeans ( as for me ) are not necessarily rich . A lot of people have not a job. A Cubase or NI Komplete or Soundtoys Bundle etc or very too expensive for me too. Like a single 195 €/$ plugin.

The AAX is cracked to work only with AudioUTOPiA's Pro Tools for Win. Since you're on Mac, you're using legit PT, so this crack is not going to work for you. The plugin has been tampered with, and PT has some verification procedures to detect that. Sorry mate.

I have a Mac Pro (real one not a laptop) +5000 $ and a homebuilt PC for c:a 1000$ the Mac is crap only use it for internet only (the only thing Mac is better at then PC)
It sounds like a jet engine crashes very often (Macs version of blue screen of death =Kernel panic bla bla)

My PC is very stable much faster and way more quit go figure..

So dont come and say Mac dont have issues as my +5000$ is crap and i hate it..

Just go to any Mac forum and you will see tons of people havng issues with there Macs

If Apple had sold equally as many Macs as they are PC:s the internet would have flooded with reports of issues on Macs..

PC have over 90% of the market go figure!!

What is the exact problem you are facing man?
Are you trying a specific amp from Thermionik?
I have no fizzies whatsoever (although I haven't tried all amps, but the ones I've tried worked great)... and I am so much in love with the FB100 amp!
Using a 3rd party cab through ReCabinet and I am really really happy with it... So, can you elaborate on your problem?
