This software synth turns your VST, AU or RTAS host into a classic video game console, vintage 8-bit home computer and even an 80′s arcade. Plogue chipsounds authentically emulates 15 vintage 8-bit era sound chips (on top of their variants), down to their smallest idiosyncrasies.

But more interestingly, it also faithfully allows you to dynamically reproduce the accidentally discovered sounds effect tricks and abusive musical techniques that were made famous by innovative chip music composers and classic video game sound designers, which for the good part of the last 3 decades, have pushed beyond the boundaries of the original chip designs.

Hi funtime, please report to R2R team the timebomb problem remains unfixed.

Use Chipsounds as VST plugin or standalone, and VERY IMPORTANT, play sometimes (anything) on your MIDI controller and do many things from GUI - like change sounds, edit effects, modulations, etc - otherwise the timebomb isn't triggered.

You've got "Demo Period Expired" from Plogue Chipsounds GUI after around 5 minutes!

In fact exactly like previous versions!

(I've reported this in previous post like here!). All R2R recent releases are affected (at least this, v1.823 and v1.625).

I precise I've followed carefully the given installation instructions, for both Plogue product (here Chipsounds) and ARIA Engine. Or something is missing somewhere...

Tested on fresh 64-bit Windows 7 SP1, both 64-bit VSTi and standalone.

Reported on AudioSexPro forum (this problem was not new and already reported by other members concerning previous releases!).

My poor friend, this TB issue was reported many times (this version & also previous), here (in comments) and in AS topics (by many users), but they're deaf... too bad.
