Yep. 32-bit but it plays nicely with RadioBoss, which (in my version) ignores 64-bit VST/DSP plugins.

Please somebody explain me. There are lots of compressors. Every compressor has same parameters. What the difference between them? Which is the best for EDM music?

That's a great question. Opinions regarding the pros and cons of different kinds of compressor is a deep subject. Maybe you'd like to start by reading about it on AS. Here is a link to get you started...

It all depends of what you call EDM... The mainstream garbage played by Guetta, Garrix, Aoki... Or the real Electronic music? Anyhow,
a compressor is a compressor. I don't use this one because it just doesn't fit in my setup and personal taste.
This one is a, let's say, "nice", because gives you some control over the frequencies. There are many more that can also do this and 64 bit.

It would appear at times that it's the GUI which makes the compressor sound the best for EDM.


My opinion is:
Choose a compressor that you like and learn how to use it, inside and out.
Read it's manual. Try it on loads of different sources.
They're not just for level control you know..
Some compressors do things better than others on certain materials. Look into the different types of compressors. i.e. FET, Optical and VCA and see which one is best suited for the task at hand.

The great thing about Audioz is that you can try these compressors indefinitely, before finding the one you like and then supporting the developer by buying it.

I believe this one lets u compress the hi's , low's, mid's by eq bandwidths separately. which makes it a unique compression tool.

Three separate bands of dynamic compression and the ability to widen the stereo throw of each, the stereo image. When pushed there is also a gentle saturation thing happening which can help bring things a little forward in the mix. This is a good one, really. It does wonderful things to a vocal, bass and acoustic guitar. There used to be two or three different sized gui preferences. I do not know about this, the most recent (2012 release?) iteration.
