Seriously? One is an emulation of a rotary speaker and the other is an emulation of the Hammond B-3 Vibrato and Chorus. Similar GUI across plugins is pretty common for a lot of developers.

So, yea they are the same exact plugin. Yup. Same. Totally. :)

Nope, it's a different part of the Hammond organ which allows you to choose between different shapes of vibratos and choruses. L'otary focuses on the Leslie speaker emulation instead.
