Guys, Here we discuss the intention by which you consider a rule rather than another. Here if there was no intention to make money then you should notify only the software's info and the developer's link and nothing else, because it's just enough. You Know?

and let's stop hypocritically to thank the guys who work in the Teams, every time they put here at your disposal the sweat of their brow for free. And if anyone is thinking now that Also the Teams need money to live, well I remember to you that surely they don't solve their economic problems by posting links on AZ through paid server. I don't release post, I help by providing my audio-computer skills as I can and when I can.
I do downloads and software's test and I do it for passion, I do not pay and do not ask for money to anybody. I work with what I believe is a community 'sharing of information.
Here the discussion is strictly ethical.
I did not think of having to explain the use of the term hypocrisy even better than I have already 'done. I noticed people making money on release does not own. That's all. Whether this is normal in the management of a forum of this type then there is something I missed.
Ethically speaking I do not like and I do not want now to explain why ', would be too long, and by the way, it's a topic already 'discussed over and over again and then already' known. With full respect for others' ideas and actions, this is my modest opinion but I am open to any clarification.

Exactly like me Marcellix, as explained in my long reply just below: a lot of activities on AS forums (PC, plugins, DAW, theory etc) when I can, effort for better English as possible (I'm French), personal developments posted here but it's "le chemin de croix" in French language (the big pain or torture).

Also, why posting here ? it a pain to post something, long moderation and, for me, always issues when published! Another part of my problem (but, I repeat, surely my English is very bad). During this time, freewares and paid link to make money.

About my problem, you know exactly what is it. Cumulative... If necessary, please read again our recent exchanges (PMs in particular). TIA. Be sure when I'd like to talk about plugins, DAWs, soundbanks, CM technical aspects, developments, reverse engineering, and so on, I don't hesitate, assuming I'm active member on AS forums (debates, votes, opinion exchanges, help/assistance), spending a lot of time but only by passion, nothing else. I precise also I remain polite, even if I'm rude sometimes, but I'm not a kind, btw I know what I want and I want to know where I go.

French sorry: parfois dans la vie il faut savoir se remettre en question, malheureusement c'est une notion qui ne semble pas exister sur AudioZ, avec tout ce qui est figé, comme je disais à un responsable: "les deux pieds dans la même chaussure". Je constate que dès que l'on exprime un sentiment, un ressenti, qui est embarrassant pour le site, on essaie d'une façon ou d'une autre de "noyer le poisson", une façon de fuir ses responsabilités, de ne pas vouloir assumer. Je ne parle pas spécialement pour toi, Olymoon, c'est juste un état de fait sur ce site. Et il y a beaucoup de choses incompréhensibles, et c'est en les exprimant qu'on peut aller de l'avant, tous ensemble et dans la même direction. Mais visiblement, il y a des sujets qui semblent tabous, le conservatisme de certains y étant pour beaucoup. Je suis convaicu qu'il y a une raison que je présume malsaine derrière tout cela, sois sûr que je la découvrirai même si j'ai mon idée.

Discuter avec AudioZ, j'appelle ça un dialogue de sourd.

Il est question surtout de principes, mon problème est en partie là, aussi je vais tâcher de m'expliquer. Qu'un site comme AZ mette en partage les logiciels inaccessibles au commun du mortel (logiciels dont bénéficient gracieusement certains professionnels de renom et riches, comme Jordan Rudess, par exemple - crois-tu qu'il a payé son SampleTank 3, sérieusement ?), bref des logiciels dont les éditeurs comme Steinberg, Avid, Native ou Waves se goinfrent allégrement sur le dos de leurs client, avec des updates qui coûtent la peau du q, des protections qui pourrissent votre système (iLok, e-Licenser), alors franchement cela ne me choque pas. Peut-être suis-je un des Robin des Bois de la M.A.O. ? par contre, que quelqu'un fasse du fric en partageant un freeware (ou le travail d'un mec qui travaille seul, qui bosse bien, qui fait l'effort de te vendre logiciel à un prix raisonable, des niveaux de licences selon utilisation, à l'écoute de ses utilisateurs, stable et bien maintenu - deux exemples ? REAPER et surtout Togu Audio Line), là je suis en droit de trouver cela choquant et scandaleux. Mais AudioZ le cautionne, pour quelles raisons exactement ? et franchement (je sais comprendre les choses quand elles me sont clairement expliquées).

Pourquoi est-ce si compliqué d'ajouter un point "numéro 4" dans la charte de la publication liée aux freewares ? est-ce normal de voir des softs venant d'artisants, à peine sortis, déjà sur AudioZ ? sans même leur donner la chance de vendre un peu leur produit ?

Vu d'ici, force est de constater que les contributeurs (et plus) sont particulièrement choyés, il y a sûrement une raison qui m'échappe, n'étant pas dans les coulisses du site, je n'en maîtrise pas tous les paramètres. Par contre, quand tu es résident, tu as des devoirs, mais pas de droits, c'est la stricte vérité. Tu n'as même pas le droit d'avoir la satanée case à cocher "No mirrors"... Curieusement, J'ai posé cette question très précise à SAiNT (en privé sur AS) question évidemment qui est restée sans réponse. Hé oui, dès que cela devient gênant... Bon je sais d'avance que cela ne va pas plaire, j'en suis navré, mais c'est ainsi. TLTR sorry.
