Microtonic is a VST/AU plug-in for Windows and Mac featuring a unique drum and percussion synthesizer combined with a pattern based drum-machine engine.

Thanks sweet fari adam & JaynS! This is still working, so hopefully no more hidden checks? Also still working is Synplant2, but haven't used that as much. No internet, obvs, blocked soniccharge in hosts etcs.

It doesn't work anymore for me. I saved a project in Cubase 11 and after i reload, a week after, the sound of drum are random.
Any clue?

Time bombed on me today.. get a door bell type sound then a lo-fi robotic sounding "you should consider registering the Microtonic." All sound output stopped working.

I overwrite the .dlls / .vst3 files with the patched versions again, and it worked for a short moment, then crapped out again.

Disappointed to read that this timebombed for people, I was hoping for this one. I've had 3.2 on my machine for awhile and it continues to work. Does anyone happen to know if any of the "Additional Content" will work on that earlier version? Probably the skins won't, but unsure if the timebomb is triggered by any of the additional content. Anyone happen to try that stuff on a working earlier version?

They're smart @ Sonic Charge. Consider this being their own release, running just like a demo version, but pretending to be a cracked one... SMARTIES! :D
