hi all,

midi percussion midi file from this one appears in this bank but midi line are empty and play nothing when i use it (work in orchetral percussion) , it's strange, all the rest work fine, anyone have the same problem ??

Everything works fine! But... In the Grooves page EZ3 not showing groove names. Only time sig/straight/shuffle.

Fix Installer and Uninstaller

For anyone getting the "The application 'Installer' can't be opened" error in macOS:

1. Move Installer.app and Uninstaller.app to Desktop.
2. Open Terminal, cd to Desktop, and run these commands respectively:

chmod +x Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/Installer

chmod +x Uninstaller.app/Contents/MacOS/Uninstaller

3. Move Installer.app and Uninstaller.app back to the folder where you moved them from in step 1.

Worked for me in 10.14.6. You may want to use this on the Uninstaller.app while you're at it, in case you need to uninstall at some point.

alaways the same "A required helper tool could not be installed."

I tried what you explained ( moves on desktop, terminal, etc, ) but I still have the same error..
EZD3 run ok with the EZD2 librairies, but I can't install correctly EZD3 Libraries...

I surelly do something wrong ...

True on my side on Windows, when instaling the Core Library no choice to choose a custom path.

Can't we just COPY the CONTENTS folder to a HDD of choice and then once launch EZ3 to point at it?? Or it need to use the installer???

Curious cuz this is weird that you can NOT custom install to another HDD

Seems like you may have a corrupted installer, have you tried re-downloading it or download from a different source?

Fix EZdrummer 3 Core Library Installer / Uninstaller Won’t Launch

1. Copy or move Installer and Uninstaller to Desktop.
2. Open Terminal, type “cd desktop”, press enter and copy/paste/enter these commands respectively:

chmod +x Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/Installer

chmod +x Uninstaller.app/Contents/MacOS/Uninstaller

Move Installer and Uninstaller back to where you moved them from. Both apps should now execute.

EZdrummer 2 Core EZX (optional)

You only need to install if you don’t have a previous EZdrummer 2 installation and want to use its Core Sound and MIDI Libraries. If you already have EZdrummer 2 installed the EZdrummer 3 Sound and MIDI Libraries will be copied to your “EZdrummer” libraries directory. This doesn't affect EZX/EZX2 Expansion Libraries, which can be used in EZD3 whether you have EZD2 Core installed or not. EZdrummer 2 has basically become an EZX3 Expansion.

Fix EZdrummer 3 Standalone Won’t Launch After Installation

In Terminal: sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/Toontrack/EZdrummer\ 3.app

If get: “/Applications/Toontrack/EZdrummer 3.app: the codesign_allocate helper tool cannot be found or used”

Install the Xcode Tools via Terminal with: xcode-select --install

In Terminal (again): sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/Toontrack/EZdrummer\ 3.app

Success = /Applications/Toontrack/EZdrummer 3.app: replacing existing signature

EZdrummer 3 Support Files Locations (for delete/uninstall prior to update)

I had a similar issue when extracting files. Almost all of the 15 folders had at least one thing missing. I hope it will work

Does anyone know a faster way to download. I don't mind so much but I'm doing one file at a time at present. Ill get there soon

HAve managed to install the program and have all 15 of the libraries now. I could only get one installer to work. The rest just show this message when I try to install. Does anyone have any ideas?

I also cant get reaper to recognise the AAX file

AAX (Avid Audio eXtension) is only for use with Protools.

Trying to install on Mac Studio Pro getting error on install after it ask for password. "A required helper tool could not be installed." (CFErrorDomainLaunchd error 4). Installer runs fine up to that point.

EZDrummer application is installed and running, looking for Libraries.
