Ditto 2Caras' comment above. How do you know? I've got an older version of TH-U for Mac. WTF? Don't they support Mac anymore? The site is unclear on this, as it doesn't show separate downloads for Mac and Win upfront, and asks for an email only. I'd love to check out the Steve Howe pack.

It's an effect, not a huge Kontakt lib patch. And Kontakt even lets you use it while loading.

I don't understand this complaint about loading time. My computer is old and the only fast part is an SSD loaded with win 10. Here it takes 8 seconds and I think it's perfectly normal.

You can install and use both versions concurrently, so why pick only one?

To maximize the amount of gear available, I use TH-U Premium v1.4.30 along with TH-U Slate v1.3.0.

Slate v1.3.0 includes 6 amps and 1 cabinet that are not available in later versions of either regular or slate TH-U.

under 4 seconds loading time, standalone version, on a ryzen 5800x, with ssds and 32 gb ram. it's pretty decent. amplitube takes longer, by about a second.

OVER 5 MINS TO LOAD! WTF! in vst3 , this is unusable for me, some have no problem, im an old system but this is not right. something wrong there, the old TH-U was so fast like 2 seconds

Which version d'ya have installed? Here the previous versions always appeared as **Overloud TH-U** in the Windows uninstall manager.
