Thanks so much. I just tried:

Settings > Plug-in Manager > Full Audio Unit Reset

And it's showing up in Logic. Appreciate your help all the same.

I am having the most maddening issue - I'm hoping somebody can please help.

No matter what I do, I cannot get Omnisphere to show up in my Logic instrument list. It shows up in plugin manager perfectly and says that it's successfully validated, but I can't actually use the plugin.

If I downgrade to the older R2R versions - no problem. If I SWAP the .component file of the old version with this new Moria version once Logic is already open - it tricks Logic into opening it...with the new version. Obviously I can't do that every time I want to run Logic though.

Tried doing a clean install - same issue. What's the secret to getting this to work in Logic?!

No luck I'm afraid.

Still fully shows up in Plug-In manager after that, but will not list as an actual usable plugin when going to use it.

Also tried code-signing, no dice.

ANY other ideas?

Are there other preferences that need to be deleted to get the old R2R swapped out maybe?

Logic absolutely refuses to properly authenticate this new one as of now.

When I play notes they start hanging and the sustain pedal doesn't work. Not sure if this a bug in the software or the patch.

After a few minutes of playing the audio cut out too.

I'm sorry if I can't ask here, but I really want to know what do I have to do in order to update my Omnisphere. I have a really old version (like a 5 years old version) and I've always been scared of updating it. Can I install this and that's it? Is there a newest version that I can download and make a fresh install?

Thank you very much for sharing.

Hello Any help much appreciated. I have replced the vst files with the cracks but when I open the vst in Reaper it wants a key gen?

Also on booting up it looks for the library in my c drive. I do not have enough space so its in the root of D. Any idea how to point this to the correct place?

Thanks

Somebody with this issue "STEAM folder not found" I'm going crazy...I'm on Mac Monterey M1 PRO
Thanks in advance.

You'll easily fix this problem just by downloading Omnisphere's Patch Library Update and Core Library too, and replacing files in the place your STEAM Folder should be. In Windows, it's ProgramData > Spectrasonics. Don't know about Mac.

hey, would really appreciate any help here! I'm new to installing big programs like this. I installed the core library from the latest Moria post. when I open omnisphere after installing, I get prompted to locate the steam folder, which then leads to all of these errors: link creation failed, STEAM folder does not have write permissions, STEAM folder is not writeable, Data properties file not found for omnisphere, Cannot load multi-data because it is corrupted, and then obviously errors if I try to load patches.

Clearly, I'm doing something terribly wrong. I'll note that I've used BatChmod to give the STEAM folder and its subfolders write permissions, which didn't change anything.

please help! thanks in advance
