It's a shame Ableton Note is iOS only. Would have been nice to be cross platform with Android as well.

Again having problems opening Ableton 10 projects. It loads them and you can see it scan the plugins and places rotates but can't click on anything. Dropdowns don't work play does not work driving me nuts spent days with last 11.1.6 thinking it was that. Opens fine in Ableton 10 not good at all. New laptop fresh Win 11 everything else works fine just Ableton 11

Large Database: If there is a large amount of files in the folders added to Places, this can result in a slow launch time. Only add a few select folders to Places, and not entire drives.

EDIT: the culprit is the patcher (by AUDIO WAREZ, 01-October-2021, described below), now outdated. By using "patch only" from here, the license keyfile is accepted!

The Authorize.auz license file (generated by R2R's KeyGen v1.4.0) isn't accepted.
I precise :
1/ I have downloaded installer from official Ableton cdn-download server.
2/ Then, I've patched the EXE (using ABLETON PATCHER, by AUDIO WARED, October 01, 2021).

Perhaps the patcher and/or the keygen is now "outdated". EDIT: this patcher is outdated.
For me it's not really a drama, as long as I'm using legit DAWs (REAPER 6 + Live 11 Lite).

Yup. Patcher is no longer working. I had automatic updates switched on and tried using it after that. We gotta use a prepatched version now or wait till someone releases a new patcher, i guess.

I woudnt touch the latest versions of Ableton they are really buggy especially with saving deleting project files also many plugins do not work and I've noticed the latest versions of Albeton crash a lot under heavy load. I suggest keep with 11.1.6 which was the last full working version.

Thx bob! installed over 11.1 and when i opened it it was already regged. I imported NOTE app set I sent to myself over messenger and it worked! Note app is really nice when you have a hook or idea on the go, specially how easy it is to record using the microphone and you can choose different scales for the instruments.

I've found that Sonible EQ3 was crashing all my previously saved Ableton 10 projects when trying to open them in Ableton 11 taken me a week to track down this so hope it helps anyone having problems
