Followed directions and works fine in rosetta mode on M1. On Logic AU scan, it complains about some licensing, but once in Logic works fine. It left all waves 13 files there though so I removed them manually.

Standalone apps also have to be Rosetta mode to work.

We need a real MAC patch .... Team RET has not released an updated version of the Waves crack for too long (in collaboration with R2R). For ARM it would be essential but INTEL-based systems could also benefit ... We hope that my appeal will be accepted!

get waves 14, install from online using a bogus email, block all waves using little snitch or Lulu, type waves into he firewall filter, watch also what asks to connect after you install waves, apple OCSP is a backdoor for for developers...then apply the terminal command, restart, apply the patch..

In my case I created a offline install, put the patch in there for waves 14 and saved everything incase...I think it worked as normal but some people on certain sites will mess with the files to make people think it dont work..it works in catalina so dont give up, get it from the net like I said and your fine.

Cosmos also needs a login now, lame waves. I am happy taht I dont rely on this crap

Just tried using it it tried connecting to the net to get to the data, I had blocked all waves etc, says contact WAVES, so I dragged the data file .json to cosmos window anyway and and the data loaded...problem is that I refused to continue with out an active license soo I had to quit.

all working good except Cosmos, just update the latest wave central, install from it online, chose V13 and 14 plug-ins you want, and follow the instructions, Monterey and CMP 5.1, thank for all HIDERA TEAM

I created offline installer from Waves Central, so downloaded only needed one instead of 10GB dump, then used process described in the .nfo and everything worked so well.

Last couple versions of waves, I've been getting the error scan waves licensing screen upon Logic startup sometimes, but I say ignore and everything works still. I wonder if there is a way to get rid of that notice?

Monterey. Don't let the files auto extract after downloading. Use the keka application to extract the files. Then follow the instructions. The problem is permissions and mod dates need to retained.

I can confirm that the only way you can install waves 14+ older stuff (In Catalina) is by creating a new account, ( I advise using von and a new gmail address., then download everything from WAVES into a offline installer or both.

BTW clarity+ a few more things are only in via v13, while installing you need to choose all the plugs and versions with the pop up menu, it will tell you whats installed already, version and whats not.

After installation is finished you apply the terminal code, patch, restarted, then the AU patch, then you can reblock waves from dialling out via lulla or little snitch, if offline you will need to drag the Cosmos data file unto it manually, but after you see it works your still asked to provide a separate license or you will be forced to choose quit.

This method doesn't work on Live 11 native. if on the other hand the program is opened with Rosetta only the AU works, but unfortunately the waves AU are bugged like always, I always used VST3, but in both of these 2 cases VST3 can't be opened.

Hey hidera; Question. I have a Frankenstein MacBook Pro 17" Mid 2010 that I have installed Big Sur on. I can't use any of the Waves plugins. Because my graphics card is pre metal I have to use v11, however the plugins or with the Waveshell or all are seeing Big Sur and the plugins GUI comes up blank.
Is there a way to tell Waves to ignore the OS version so that Waves v11 can work properly?

works on m1 mac mini Monterey 12.4 remember when installing them to first completely uninstall previous plugins using waves central then fix permissions on waves central then install new plugins. works in pro tools 2022.6 cubase/nuendo 12 and logic

That sounds fantastic. Did you just followed the instruction inside the download package? Did you do anything different? How did you fix permissions on Waves Central?

1. Install Wave Central and plugins.
2. Make a new email (emailondeck.com), a new waves account and add demos at waves.com/demo (hint: start with mercury).
3. Activate with Wave Central, use the Waves AU Reg Utility and make sure waves plugins work.
4. Replace WavesLicenseEngine.bundle with the patched version.
5. Use an app to delete waves central (App Cleaner and Uninstaller).
6. Restart

Note: you probably cannot use a symbolic link to your components folder in order for logic to see the plugins.

Now my problem is getting v14 installed on Mojave, installer throws error as some others have experienced.
