This is awesome! I have legit versions of all of these except the Reverb. Will I lose my original authorizations if I install it over the top? What's your recommendation to keep my legit versions? I believe I authorized them to iLok. Thanks, Trazor! You're a Legend!

Apologies for the crosspost, but as the Focusrite FAST bundle is powered by Sonible's smart:engine, I'm wondering if the compressor, EQ and reverb here are essentially identical under the hood to the ones in the Focusrite bundle that was also just released here?

Wonder no more -- the reverb and compressor are, at least, virtually identical, right down to the individual settings (drums, bass, vocals, "universal", etc.). Some of these might be useful on individual instruments (I tried a few on a full mix and they don't really work too well), but the only real standout between this and FAST is Sonible's smart:limit, which could be used on a full mix, although Ozone 9's Maximizer or TBPro Audio's Final Loud do the same thing. In fact, all eight of these plugs pretty much do the same thing as most of iZotope's Ozone 9 or Neutron Pro plugs do, except not as well and aren't as flexible.

In Logic 10.7.4/Monterey it works if you go into Little Snitch select Logic and then IP addresses and allow 226.0.0.1 to pass through.
They all work.

I don't think you can compare Ozone or Final Loud with Smart Limit. If you meant to say that other plugins can be put on the master bus to process the full-mix, well then there are hundreds of them besides those two you mentioned. If, on the other hand, you meant that Ozone and Final Loud do the same thing as Smart Limit, I believe you have not delved deeply enough into the software in question. Meanwhile Final Loud is completely geared in a much more simplistic way toward the same goal. On Ozone I don't know what you mean, maybe you're referring to Codec Preview, maybe you're referring to Spectral Shaper, and/or Low end focus, but it's clear that these are two software that are not comparable in terms of orientation. Smart Limit is quite thorough and has enough accessories to deal with the dynamic part of a full-mix on mixer or master bus, for the adjustment of the dynamic part to the different values required from broadcast to web, this is its only task, it does it in a more sophisticated way than Final Loud. With Ozone, sure you do everything, but it's another story because it's basically designed for Mastering.

Ozone's Maximizer module (at least as recently as v9, which I just used on something) works exactly the same as smart:limit or TBPro Final Loud, except that Maximizer has different types of limiting (including a couple of offline-only settings), extra settings for transient shaping, stereo linking, attack and release, pre-blanking for bit reduction, plus MBIT+, DC Offset filtering, codec preview, etc. But it now has a built-in assistant that operates exactly the same as smart:limit or Final Loud that "learns" the audio and automatically sets the parameters for you based on your output target.

yes, but while Final Loud cannot change anything under its hood, for Ozone the assistants are just options with the convenience of having all the other processors available to custimize the automatic settings, processors that in the software, by the way, take a first-order role over the assistants. For Smart Limit, those options, on the other hand, are the heart of the software, not limiting themselves,
as in the case of Final Loud, but as also NuGen or beDSPM or iZotope itself with its RX Loudness Control, or Waves and several others, to a few parameters of intervention mostly inherent only to output levels. That to me is enough to know how to use the three software you compared, as three different things in different ways and therefore for very different situations. Just that, it was neither my intention to make a controversy nor a treatise, but just to share somewhat more technical opinions, so much so that I was thinking that maybe we should better open a thred on AS rather than continue here....

Unfortunately, these no longer work for me on Ventura, they cannot access preset files. In Logic, S1, and Live. (also the same for Focusrite bundle)

I was away from production for time and now when I am back and trying these wonderful bundle all are in expired demo mode with restricted processing available
