I installed b23 without removing the USB key and I had no problems. I honestly do not know they can remove a license that you have legally paid for ...

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Steinberg's Download Assistant? I'm on Mojave and when the earlier release of this stuff came out, I downloaded & installed Download Assistant which worked perfect. I downloaded everything I wanted and was able to install the soft licenses just fine, alongside a legit dongle with stuff on it. The issue I'm having now is, whenever I try to launch Download Assistant, it does nothing. I've tried redownloading, reinstalling, running permissions reset, sudo codesigning, EVERYTHING. App simply won't launch anymore???

Generally speaking, that symptom indicates that an app doesn't have execution privileges. You might try running (in Terminal):

chmod +x /Applications/Steinberg\ Download\ Assistant/Steinberg\ Download\ Assistant.app/Contents/MacOS/Steinberg\ Download\ Assistant

If that doesn't work, my next guess is that it's a Java issue of some kind.

That was a no-go on the chmod command. I must have a java issue? Icon bounces like 1 or 2X then nothing when executed. Oh well... glad it worked at first and I was able to snag what I wanted from Steinberg's website.

I'm on windows 7 64x and every time i install that elicenser it breaks almost every one of the ilok releases from R2R.Appreciate the drop though.

My fault. It was actually that anti-trial that was giving me problems. This version doesn't work on win7 (i haven't tried it with win10)but i did download one of the older versions which uses b22 (i think) and GA5 is working flawlessly. I haven't tried Retrologue or Padshop yet but i will later.

...the file 102 on audioz mirror is corrupted in all filehosts, it has a size of only 10 bytes. Can you please fix it?

Does anyone know where to place the downloaded "4-Content" folders so that the presets show up in the instruments? All the instruments are installed and activated.. just no presets.

never heard them talking of a " local license generator" before.

a new kind of crack method ?

The problem I had was, once you installed the crack, I couldn`t get it to run a second time on a fresh install , even I cleaned up the system totaly and every directory and registry.

Seems the Steindicks place some hidden files on your system, detecting the crack.

Anyone else had the same problem ?

Damn, was hoping somebody would figure out how to license Wavelab Pro. Granted, you need a Syncrosoft dongle (which I have) to do it, but you can buy the dongle for cheap ... a lot cheaper than buying Wavelab Pro ($500), Cubase Pro ($550) or Nuendo ($1000).
