Sadly, no. Since the app isn't linked to your iTunes account, it doesn't register as purchased, so the only way to update is to find a cracked version of the updated app to replace the current one.

This should be obvious in that you will never find apps you can update using iTunes on a warez site. Apple likes to play gatekeeper with what you do with the software on the device you purchased for too much money. You MUST install on a jailbroken device.

Thanks for this! Having a bit of trouble though..
Installed it with iFunbox and everything was working fine, then the other day it suddenly had no sound anymore?!

I removed the app, rebooted my iPad 4 (7.0.6) and reinstalled but alas..
All seems to work fine except I have no sound anymore.

I realise this usually isn't much of a 'help forum' but I really want to try out this synth so any words of advice would be much appreciated.

No sound too on my iPad 3 (running iOS 7.1.2 - JB). Other GM apps works, however.

No, unfortunately not. If this happened to you too my guess is it's a timebomb protection or so..
