Are you for real? Do you have little snitch installed? I can't believe this has to do with the lib file... Can you tell us more details, i.e. which companies and products you got emails from?

Kindly asking: Does anyone here have an installer for Speakerphone 2.1.1? Because the rumors are going that Speakerphone 2.1.1 can also be k'ed with the lib file.

Quick (and probably silly) question. If we replace the libstd_ for this installation, does it hold for all the other releases by ssh or will we need to replace it for every new ssh soft we install?

I've followed funtime's instructions for the copy of .dylib.
I did 2 times before with the Eventide bundle and when I add the one for AltiVerb in go to folder then /usr/lib/ the paste the .dylib for my osx version, the copy is blocked and terminal, restart are freeze.

The only solution I know is to use the recovery HD and install a fresh OSX.

Any idea

and what to do when I want more bundle or plugs who use this method.

I read all comments but no answers, by the time I will do the recovery HD

I know this is kinda off topic but with Openssh lib crack applied to my system for all these plugs, it end up turning my legit pro tools 10 to hd? I know Openssh had the hd crack as well, it was just unexpected seeing i didnt install anything. BUT hey I'm not complaining just trying to rap my head around it!
This is too awesome and can not thank Openssh and all the teams that make this possible enough :)

If anyone has an issue where a few of their logic plugins don't work anymore after doing this, please let me know. Lexicon random delay won't stop crashing logic. Same with diversion. I still want those plugs, so if you can help, please do. Thanks.

I finally got around my problem with replacing the dylib file
I had to install another OS 10.6.8 on another drive
And then got a tool called Tinkertool that made me see all hidden files and when i boot up on S.L i could easely replace the dylib on the Mac HD where Lion is installed when all hidden files showed up in finder instead of using the go-to-folder way that wasnt possible when i only had one OS installed..
It got stucked in copy mode for hours.

if i would know what i know now i would never had to format the Mac HD but help in mac community seems to be "hey dont ask stupid questions we want help you as you havent enough knowledge.

I guess it is all learning by doing that is the way to go in the mac community..
And lots of smartasses hang here also calling other people idiots just becuase they havent got the same experience or knowledge thats not cool..

I installed it and it still asks for the ilok authorization

Hey guys after several tries and several times restoring my mac with Time Machine i finally managed to install Altiverb 7 without screwing up my mac.

Before doing anything i strongly recommend you to backup everything with Time Machine, if i hadn't had Time Machine backup probably would have lost absolutely all my data inside my hard drive.

Okay! The issue that was giving me Altiverb 7 when installing was that when i tried to replace the dylib file inside the usr/lib folder the computer got stuck on copy dialog and won't let me do anything else. I tried relaunching finder but no luck, tried stopping the copy task but nothing happened, tried to boot on safe mode but never did, reseting pram, repairing disc, tried absolutely everything and the only solution to get my mac working again was restoring from Time Machine. Thats why i recommend you guys to backup that way.

This is what i did after 5 times crashing my mac and restoring it with Time Machine, again, BACKUP EVERYTHING WITH TIME MACHINE.

For replacing the .dylib file after installing:

1.- Extract the file for your OS and rename it without removing the .dylib extension (I named it xxx.dylib)

2.- Make a right click on a blank space inside the /usr/lib folder (to open this folder you can use the shortcut Command+Shift+G and then type /usr/lib), then click Get Info, unlock the little padlock located on the bottom right corner of that window and change the permissions of that folder to Read and Write for every user (You can change this later, don't worry)

3.- Copy and paste xxx.dylib to /usr/lib folder

Beyond this step is where everything could go wrong, I'm gonna tell you one more time, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BACKUP OF ALL YOUR HARD DRIVE WITH TIME MACHINE.

4.- Locate the file libstdc++.6.0.9.dylib (the original located in your computer) and put it next to the xxx.dylib because you need to do this quickly, so, it's better if you have both files in sight.

5.- Once you have both files in sight, copy the name of the original dylib file (libstdc++.6.0.9) to your clipboard (Command+C). That will allow you to paste it quickly (Don't paste it yet)

6.- Rename the original .dylib file. (I used backuplibstdc++.6.0.9.dylib) AND IMMEDIATELY RENAME THE CRACKED FILE NAMED xxx.dylib THE NAME SHOULD BE libstdc++.6.0.9.dylib

Make sure you don't duplicate the extension .dylib.

7.- If your mac didn't got stuck at this point you should make a mini celebration, restart it and if it boots normally, celebrate, and if you open your DAW and Altiverb 7 works, grab a bottle of your favorite beer and jump all over the place as i did couple hours ago.

NOTE: This worked fine for my mac, i haven't tried on another one that was having the same problem when replacing the dylib file. I just wanted to give a hope to those people who are getting this problem.
