I tried sudo xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine then codesign resetting rescanning the plugins and it just does not show up on my intel mac in studio one. What daw are you using?

I tried the steps you wrote and rescanned plugins restarted maybe its just studio one.

I downloaded the Primavera trial version and the vst3 shows up in studio one so maybe its something changed in this version that studio one doesn't like. Thank you for trying to help I appreciate your efforts but I think this one may of defeated me lol

Deleted the files I attached. In order not to violate the rules of this site to work AU version can do so.

1. Install the demo AU version of the plugin from the offsite
 Spoiler

2. Install - Primavera (pknr).pkg
3. Copy all commands into the terminal, you can do it all at once

sudo rm -rf /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Pulsar\ Primavera.component/Contents/MacOS/Pulsar\ Primavera
