I tried the code again and it throws no error to me. Make sure the component is well installed...
You should have the file in this path:

/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/EZmix 3.component

If your path is different, then the code cannot work.

I had the same problem. This is how I solved it:

(1) Manually rename the component to "EZmix3.component" (removing the space between the 'x' and the '3').
(2) Run Chumi_Perez's terminal command.
(3) Manually rename the component back to "EZmix 3.component (adding back the space between the 'x' and the '3').
(4) Open the Plug-In Manager in Logic Pro, and "Reset & Rescan" the plugin.
(5) Restart Logic Pro.
(6) Load the plugin, and Bob's your uncle!

works great in MacOs 15. sequoia in standalone....... But not in logic 11.0.1 its not authorized.
