THX very very mucho, but..
The AU version seems to be mainly, if not only, for Lodgeek Prauw & Garbagebend users (kidding!)
Will there be in the near future, for us poor Ablettin, Qbias, Mascheene users, a vst plug-in only version (you know, just several Mb not Gb...) so we can d/l in the meantime this gr8 present just for the sample bank ?

Well , Steinberg Made it very easy for CUbase users at the moment.! Just Rename it to vst and place it to Vst Folder and boomm.! it works! I did lots of plugins this way and they are working great!
