This is my first post so please bare with me and let me explain why I thought this was a good idea to post.

I had downloaded the 2 sound DVDs and tried to run the sound DVD installers but on OS X 10.9 Mavericks, I was not able to run the installer because PowerPC Apps is no longer supported so I had to run the installers in Win XP on Parallels to extract all the instruments.

To add the instruments after completed software installation click on Prefs and then click Browse next to Root to locate where you placed the Instruments folder that I have provided in the download!
Uploaders, please feel free to download and reupload to other file hosts! It took me over 8 hours to upload to Mega! The more links the merrier!
Thanks Team Xdb for the 1.1.2 Crack!
Does this software function on Windows platforms? I have a PC with a 64-bit Wondows 7 Home Premium OS

Its supported but I did not provide the Windows Installer or Keygen but the instrument files should work on both OS since I did extract them on windows and I'm running OS X Mavericks.

Unfortunately not as I don't believe they released a 64bit version to begin with but if you scroll down the comments AliasNick has a work around.

It's pretty self-explanatory but I'm sure a simple search could probably yield a video on the process.

Is this an AU-plugin that can be used in Logic Pro X?

Thanks
  Member 16.05.2014 1 22

Yes this will work as a Standalone or a plugin in any DAW in 32bit mode. I've used it in Ableton Live 9 Suite and Maschine 2.0 and standalone and they all work fine.

The instrument file drop down is a bit buggy but it does work.

by the way, how do you open these 001.002 .003? Is this method really necessary? (7zip seems to work though)

Please google and install Keka Archiver and decompress just .001 and it'll decompress all zip files into one folder.

I did this to split each upload to about 667MB to make it easier for uploads and downloads rather than 1 large (5GB) download link.

For those who asked if it was 64bit compatible, well, the software itself is not. But there is a way around this.

First, why would you need a 64bit version? Pretty simple, to get the best out of your computer performances while working with your DAW (Logic, Ableton...) you better get the 64bit version (Considering your OS is 64bit, of course). The problem is that some AUs/VSTs aren't 64bit ready. Like Miroslav Philharmonik here.

The solution would be to use 32 Lives. It's a simple software that scans for your installed plugins then let you somehow "revive" your 32bit-only plugins and let you use them in your 64bit DAW! How great is that! Well, sometimes it simply doesn't work. And Miroslav is one of these exceptions.

The real work-around still implies you to use 32 Lives, with the help of a plugin by IK Multimedia called SampleTank. This one will we scanned and "revived" by 32 Lives. SampleTank, as its name suggest, is a sample player. It reads and plays sound banks just like the one of Miroslav. You simply have to import your installed Miroslav library in SampleTank and voila! The main annoying thing is the inability to use the default Miroslav interface and options, but this is a WORKAROUND which comes with its downsides.

I'm sure waiting for IK to release an updated version of Miroslav as 64bit has been around for quite a long time. But hey, it works really well for me and I'm quite happy to hear the beautiful samples form IK Multimedia in Logic Pro X again (How sad I was when they dropped support for their fully working 64bit bridge from Logic 9...) I hope it help you guys!

Cheers!

I realized I already had this version from a while ago and it does work with 32Lives on LogicX just fine. If you have any trouble with this loading in Logic X with 32lives, you might try the force validate AU app (google it) that forces all validations in Logic X.

force validate doen´s work for me Miroslav still failed :-(

Nerd: Where exactly do i place the instruments folder (which has 8 sub folders for the instruments ) ? Because those instruments do not show up in the standalone or the audio plug-ins.

Thanks, but I said that because each file has the extension ".zip.001"... and I couldn't extract them with Winrar.
However, I used 7zip to "join" them, but I see the installer and the keygen are both for Mac. I'm thinking on downloading the demo version for Windows, importing the audio samples there and then activate it. I hope that works.
