A common task when dealing with audio in a multi-mic recording (e.g., of a drum set, piano, guitar, or a whole band) is to invert the polarity of certain tracks to create a mix with the least amount of signal cancellation. When dealing with a larger number of tracks, this process can be difficult or practically infeasible (with just 10 microphones there are actually 210 = 1024 possible polarity configurations!).

Polarity Maximizer is a multi-track plug-in that additionally routes audio from several audio tracks to a single master controller that analyses the audio and automatically sets the appropriate polarity (in/out) of each track.

Simply insert the plug-in on each track, and the master controller performs a one-time polarity analysis after playback. The method uses a special signal-processing algorithm to determine the optimal polarities (rather than rotating or affecting individual phase characteristics of the audio) that also guarantees the maximum RMS output level of the combined tracks. The controller automatically sets the appropriate polarity (in/out) in the plug-in for each track. After analysis, the plug-ins act only as a low-latency pass-through of the polarity-corrected audio.

Minimum Requirements

Is There a Way To Trick the installer to so i can install on 10.6.8 maybe Pacifist ?

Yeah, Pacifist. It may work on 10.6.8, many times devs states
app/plugs at 10.7+ just to avoid questions and request,
but the stuff DO work on previous systems.
Dunno if this is the case though, I can't run any pre 10.8 OS on my MBP.
There a way to edit the installer to skip OS check (pkgutil & ditto commands)
btw this .pkg just move plugs to their folders, nothing more,
so Pacifist is more than enough.

Seems a useful tool, just @ 99$ it seems a little pricey.
But if it do what is says, even with an acceptable approximation,
it may be well worth the money if you do drums tracking i.e.

i Tried Pacifist it's Giving me this Error..The checksum for the file “PolarityMaximizer” is incorrect. The file may not have been extracted properly or may be damaged. Please take caution in using this file

WTF I must be idiot to say you to use Pacifist.
Sorry today I extracted a shitload of demos to work on and I'm a bit tired,
I wasn't able to extract demos from the installer with Pacifist to crack them,
it always pushed an error, in my case a permission error,
not a checksum one (never saw that in years).
Also, it comes to my mind that I stripped the AAX
option when I repacked the installer, so it make pacifist fail,
as the checksum is not anymore the original one.

How the heck did you crack this?
It says : PACE Eden in the AU Resources!
Or is that irrelevant?

I think cause they have some "strange" (to say the least)
coding habits. The vst and au binaries are identical,
(I know what you think, no, AU is not a vst wrapped, I checked)
also the about box function have VST,AU,RTAS,AAX entries,
and it load the right string depending on which format is loaded.
The RTAS binary have 64bit code inside
(the whole x64 plug code, not some leftovers - RTAS is a 32only format).
EDIT: ahh, ok now I see the Pace folder in resources.
Another strange thing, that's for AAX (the Avid SDK itself implements Pace),
is the folder that contain checksum infos,
but is present in all formats, though it's not used.
How the fuck they compiled this thing???
