Automatic Unpacker for Team CORE Releases
Automatic Unpacker for Team CORE Releases [Mac OS X] screenshot

A little droplet I had lying on my hard disk from long time
(dunno who coded it -not CORE members afaik- but kudos whoever you are)
that may be very useful for AudioZ friends that will surely know
how annoying is to manually unpack CORE releases.

I updated the unrar binary inside with one stripped from latest Keka,
as it didn't worked on ML, the unrar was way outdated. Now it works ok.

It includes NFOViewer app, and after successful unpacking
it automatically shows the .nfo file in a nice viewer, just like NFOmation.net

It works only on Team CORE release.
It may works on other teams release that uses the same packing method.
[ rar -> single zips with inside individual rar parts -> parts unrars to final zip ]
Enjoy!

Ahah I know I know.
I spent probably some days if I sum all time
it took to unpack all CORE release I enjoyed in years.
Long life to the almighty team CORE !

I'm not sure how this is different to this one :
My Webpage
…that has been knocking around on torrents for a few months now, and works just fine.
It's given to be "rar 5" and Intel…
The unrar bundle seems to be (slightly) more recent than this on too…
You could have saved yourself some work copylefted ;)
Good to have posted it though… it saves a lot of bother :)

Why don't you simply use WinRAR instead ?
Just select all .zip files and then 'extract here', after that you'll get a bunch of .rars - on any of .rar archives, just right click, extract here - and that's it. Piece of cake.
But really, I could use an application for double left-click, since I am too lazy to do it :P

A word of advice: these all-in-one tools and utils are usually good in general, but actually NEVER work for you PARTICULAR problem. That's why I never use any of them...

This works for your particular problem,
that in this case is extracting CORE releases.
It's built just for that.
You may talk about windows, but on Mac
any decompression utility doesn't merge folders,
so you end up with 100+ folder to manually open,
put all the rars inside those folder in another folder,
and then unrar. If was a 3click job you think
someone would take the time to code an app to do it?
;)
