Sylenth1 Black Skin for Mac screenshot
A fresh take on a black skin for Sylenth1 for Mac. I use this with Sylenth1 v2.21 Beta. I'm not sure if it will work with other versions. Enjoy!

Installation Instructions:
For VST:
Locate the file "Sylenth1.vst" usually in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST

Right click then choose "Show Package Contents"

Navigate to:

/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Sylenth1.vst/Contents/Resources

Backup the Resources folder then replace with the new unzipped Resources folder.

* If you're using a VST to RTAS wrapper make sure to re-wrap the plugin after changing the skin.

For AU:
Locate the file "Sylenth1.component" usually in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components

Right click then choose "Show Package Contents"

Navigate to:

/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Sylenth1.component/Contents/Resources

Backup the Resources folder then replace with the new unzipped Resources folder.

My apologies to anyone trying to use my skin with the AU/Component version of Sylenth1. I just realized that you can't use the same resources folder with VST and AU. The AU Resources folder has an extra file that was missing from the VST version I previously uploaded. Here is the Resources folder that works with AU Component. Please post here if you have any additional trouble installing the skin.

i dont think sylenth 1 even works past lion


so i doubt it would work on maverick !!

especially mavericks cause it has so many faults

I am currently using it absolutely fine on Mavericks. With Sound Radix 32 Lives. But I tried applying another skin for the AU and it did not work with this bridge tool either. But Sylenth 1 definitely works on Mavericks (10.9.3)
