I compared directly to this plug and UAD, it seemed to me, about the same plug-ins sound only UAD more clearly conveys the primary reflection, because this gives the impression that UAD works more honest, but everything is relative.

I respectfully agree and disagree. Yes, they sound simular...but thats it. I find the early reflections on the UAD to be to bright and harsher and the tails on the ERS to be smoother. The depth and clarity because of those 2 things increases to me. I absolutely love most UAD Plugins but they get a 7 (on the scale of 1-10) on this one, ERS gets a 8.

Yes, Sound is in the Ears of the Beholder, lol.

I agree. This release comes from 2011 if I'm right so I already compared them a while ago but I bought the UAD one and still happy with it. Of course, it's still very usuable for none UAD users! ERS has also a Dim D emulation which I compared with the UAD Roland but that's a tricky one because if you need a wider result the ERS provides a better choice. Curious about their Micropitch release though and how it will compare to the latest SoundToys release Microshift.

Have you guys tried out 32 Lives? Makes it so you can use all your old 32-bit plugins in 64 bit hosts. I sure was missing my Sylenth1 and now I have it back. It's so easy to use too. It's like a vst wrapper. You just tell the program which plugins you want wrapped and the next time you open your DAW, they are all listed again like all the other plugins. It's not stupid and confusing like JBridge. Ooooh. And I get to use my XLN Addictive Drums again too!

Did anyone experience problems with this plugin? I am using it in Pro Tools through a VST wrapper(FXpansion). When I have it acitve, it makes really loud noises to the point of clipping....

9. What kind of protection are you using?
We are not using iLok or hardware dongle systems. Also the system we use are not C/R. With the download you get a temporary (30 days) keyfile, so you can use the plugin after the download. After a few hours, but during the holidays it can be longer, you get a personalised keyfile.

Always wanted this! I'm curious as to how it compares to the 'retro 70s' mode on Valhalla Vintage Verb, which is supposed to emulate the 250 as well...

i wonder Why it say's ILok on the plugin

it would be cool if that made a EMT 140 Plate the only one i know of is the UAD one

Do you guy experiencing trouble with this reverb?in fact everything work really nice, but after save projet and quit my daw...Re-open project, all the reverb settings are gone...pretty annoying...Is there any fix?
