I have v3.0.0 plugins on my computer, what should I do?
It is probably best to delete these and replace them by v3.0.1, especially if you want v2.x and v3.x plugins to co-exist.

My point was you can use v2 and v3 same time not 3.0 and 3.0.1 and I am curious why did you put here only plugin since whole bundle is updated. Is there some reason for that or what was going in your mind.
