Softube develops both hardware and software for the audio industry. A number of high-end computer recording plug-ins are available under the Softube brand and the company has done development for reputable companies such as Abbey Road Studios and TC Electronic. 2010 marks a new beginning for Softube as Marshall releases the JMD:1, a guitar amplifier which contains hardware and software developed by Softube.

The company was founded in 2003 and consists of four guys with the head quarter in Linkцping, Sweden. It's located about 2 hours southwest of Stockholm and 1.5 hours away from Stockholm Skavsta Airport.

2010 release, it is normal to get only 32bits.
And now they are all iLok protected, so you can forget about them forever rofl

The new ones are much MUCH better in terms of aliasing, especially the CL1B. Too bad we wont see them here any time soon, if ever.

Yes, i meant iLok 2.
Like Nexus and countless plugs/DAWs, they updated to iLok 2.

Until a team of good hackers jump on iLok 2...we are not going to see a lot of products.
R2R already said they can't (1000th NFO), AiR will never do any dongle again...and there is no one else, in fact.
