Well not working here on Logic 9.1.8. Version 1.4.1 worked fine

I confirm AU does crash Validation and can't be used with Logic Pro X.
Here is the only error i have found in the Log. anything else is passing fine.

auvaltool(6110,0x7fff757dd180) malloc: *** error for object 0x200000005: pointer being freed was not allocated
*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug

32Bit version crashes too on Logic Pro 9.1.8, there is no go.

cheers

True you can't find any 1.4.1 update for Mac or PC since when new update comes old are no more available on public.
COOK is partly right these is really no 1.4.1 update since its same as 1.4 but since they update PC version to 1.4.1 they also rename mac version to 1.4.1 and here good example what I am talking about BX_XL V2

Notice both MAC and PC are named to version 2.2.1 but when you look the Changelog only PC updated

jiemayn: is this worth the space?

Well, it doesn't take up much space, but what it's worth is really up to you. I like it, so those 12 mb give me no worries.
BTW, the only change since 1.4 is fixed support for Pro Tools 11 so it's just those users that need this update.

And since AAX not cracked I think this is useless for PT 11 users. If I am wrong please correct

psyko67,

Yeah, I didn't think about that since I'm not a PT user. But you're right, so this version is really the same as 1.4 then.

Except version 1.4 (1.4.1) is working and this one is not if you use Logic

psyko67,

Yup, but it means that we can just as well use the 1.4 in Logic since it's no difference. But I guess it's still good info for future crackin that something in this version caused some crashes.

Try this guys: http://cl.ly/222N3P0b3C0G <- "Validate All Aus"

It forces validation of all AUs. Once you get it validated, set it back to normal. Haven't tried it myself, but it;s worth a shot.

no no no NO, NO, NO....their protection is still the same! I have bypassed it successfully. So if you guys on new LOGIC/MACs have issues there must be a bug in their product...or in the new LOGIC.
